Return & Refund Policy

1. No Standard Returns

Because flowers are highly perishable and time-sensitive products, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery under normal circumstances. All sales are final once the product has been successfully delivered.

2. Quality Issues & Damaged Products

If your flowers arrive wilted, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue through one of the following (at our discretion):

• Free replacement delivery of fresh flowers
• Partial or full refund
• Store credit for future purchases

3. How to Report an Issue

To claim a replacement or refund, you must:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos of the delivered product (showing the full arrangement and any damage)
• Provide your Order ID / mobile number used while ordering

Complaints raised after 24 hours will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only if the request is made before the flowers are prepared or dispatched.
• Same-day delivery orders (especially those placed close to the delivery slot) usually cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
• For cancellation requests, call us immediately on 074540 87399.

5. Wrong Address / Recipient Unavailable

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, incomplete address, or recipient being unavailable, the order will be considered delivered and no refund will be issued. Please double-check the delivery address and contact number before placing the order.

6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method (UPI / Card / Wallet)
• You will receive a confirmation message once the refund is initiated

7. Special & Custom Orders

Custom bouquets, large arrangements, and special event orders (weddings, parties, etc.) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once preparation has started.
